Check out the video of the leader crash at Rockford Speedway in Loves Park, Illinois on Saturday, July 25th. The leader, Ryan Carlson, was attempting to pass the #99 car of Sims and #90 car of Kasten, when Kasten drove into the back of Sims causing him to spin in front of Carlson causing Carlson to ride up on the wall and into the billboards. Carlson was sent to the hospital with a broken vertebrae.

Sims went on to finish the race in 8th.
