June 16, 2008 Practice showed Jordan's 99 Sims Custom Countertop ASA Late Model was proving to be a top 10 contender for the weekend race at Mansfield Motorsports Track in Mansfield, OHIO.
The green flag dropped for the API / PPG Industries All-American Classic 200 at 9 pm on Saturday, June 29th. Jordan was driving an awesome race and made his way to the 13th position in just 32 laps before the 28 car of Jack Smith, in a solo spin ahead of him, scattered the field. The Lorz Motorsports Racing Team will be going back to work over the next two weeks to restore the 99 car for the next race at Salem Speedpark in Salem, Indiana on Saturday, July 19th.

Jordan and the Lorz Motorsports Team spent Friday and early Saturday testing the brand new car before the 200 lap feature race on Saturday night. The team was very happy with the performance of the young rookie in his first race.
